ABOUT WISLA

Operational leadership, built around how work actually moves.

Wisla Group was founded on a simple belief: organizations do their best work when people, processes, and priorities are moving in the same direction.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

A background in complicated work.

Our founder brings a background in business operations, healthcare administration, program management, cross-functional leadership, and strategic execution - built across roles where the work was complicated and the path forward wasn't always clear.

That experience shaped a simple conviction: most organizations don't need more overhead. They need clarity, structure, and someone to keep the work moving.

The best work happens when strategy and execution stay connected - when the people doing the work have the structure, clarity, and support to actually do it.

THE WISLA PHILOSOPHY

WHY WISLA WAS CREATED

Leadership without the overhead of another full-time role.

Wisla was created to bring that operational mindset beyond a single organization - to businesses and teams that need experienced leadership, but don't necessarily need another full-time position. To help leaders move complicated work forward without adding complexity, cost, or delay.

WHY THE NAME WISLA

Named for a river that finds a way forward.

The name Wisla comes from the Wisła - the Vistula River, the longest river in Poland. A river doesn't force its way forward; it finds a path, connects what it touches, and keeps moving. That felt like the right way to think about operational work - bringing different pieces toward the same destination.
